Our Story

In my forties, while running an intimate home based boutique, I noticed a gap that could not be ignored, mature women navigating changes in their bodies were simply not being seen.

Journey was created to change that.

This is more than a boutique, it's a space where women feel noticed, understood and supported. While we understand the needs of mature women, we proudly cater for the over 45 market, embracing all stages of this chapter of life. We feel younger women have so much choice out there, ladies, this is our space!

Now in my sixties, I bring both personal insight and experience to every woman who walks through our doors. It's a privilege to showcase 38 proudly local brands, celebrating the importance of supporting South African design.

At every stage of life, we deserve to be relevant , confident, and beautifully ourselves.
