All purchases are final and we do not offer cash refunds. Should you wish to return an item, it may be exchanged for another item or a credit note will be issued. Please note that no returns or exchanges are permitted on sale items. In the case of a return or exchange, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return shipment must be arranged directly by the customer.
